Origin
Long ago, in ancient Mayan society, masks played an important role in everyday life. Mayan masks, adorned with the faces of divine beings, were used in religious rituals and in battles against rival tribes. The Mayans obtained their magical wood from tropical forests – the cradle of their ancient civilization. From this sacred wood, they carved their most revered masks. Naturally, this wood required surface protection. The artisans chose to preserve their wooden carvings with natural oils extracted from plants and trees.
Thus, The Mayan Oil was born.
A 100% natural blend of tropical oils and waxes, developed for maximum natural surface protection. Its special consistency and composition ensure excellent absorption and a pleasant scent. It also contains vitamin E, which has a beneficial effect on the skin. Suitable for wood, stone, metal, leather, plastic, and many other materials. Designed for both professionals and beginners who appreciate nature.
The deep-penetrating oil is available in two variants:
DPO (natural effect) and DPO DARK (rustic effect).
For highly stressed surfaces, a wax layer is available as a second coat after oil application:
WAX (natural effect) and WAX DARK (rustic effect).
The Mayan Oil – DPO (Deep Penetrating Oil)
Available sizes: 266 ml / 100 ml
Deep-penetrating natural wax oil with a citrus fragrance. Enhances the depth of the wood grain and gives it a rich, natural tone and long-lasting protection.
Theoretical coverage (266 ml): 30 – 70 m² per coat, depending on material and—on wood—also on type and sanding grit before application.
For heavily used surfaces, apply two coats according to the technical data sheet. For very demanding surfaces, combine with The Mayan Oil WAX.
For maximum protection and easier maintenance, apply HWA Nano Ceramic as the final protective layer after waxing.
The Mayan Oil – DPO DARK (Deep Penetrating Oil)
Available sizes: 266 ml / 100 ml
Deep-penetrating natural wax oil with a vanilla fragrance. Enhances the depth of wood color tones, providing a rich, slightly darker hue (developing a rustic appearance over time) and protection.
Theoretical coverage (266 ml): 30 – 70 m² per coat, depending on material and—on wood—also on type and sanding grit before application.
For heavily used surfaces, apply two coats according to the technical data sheet. For highly stressed surfaces, use in combination with The Mayan Oil DARK WAX.
For full protection and simplified maintenance, apply HWA Nano Ceramic as the final coating after waxing.
The Mayan Oil – WAX
Available sizes: 266 ml / 100 ml
Natural wax made from tropical oils and waxes with a citrus fragrance. After application, it creates a strong hydrophobic effect, sealing surface pores and forming a durable water-repellent layer. Used as the final layer on high-stress surfaces. For maximum protection, use together with HWA Nano Ceramic.
Theoretical coverage (266 ml): 60 – 90 m² per coat, depending on material and sanding grit before application.
⚠️ Not intended as a single-step protection! Apply only on surfaces previously treated with oil.
The Mayan Oil – DARK WAX
Available sizes: 266 ml / 100 ml
Natural wax made from tropical oils and waxes with a vanilla fragrance. After application, it creates a strong hydrophobic effect, sealing surface pores and forming a water-repellent layer. Used as the final layer for heavily stressed surfaces. For maximum protection, apply HWA Nano Ceramic as the finishing layer. Provides a rich, slightly darker tone that develops a rustic look over time.
Theoretical coverage (266 ml): 60 – 90 m² per coat, depending on material and sanding grit before application.

The Mayan Oil – SOW (Balm)
SOW – Spirit Of Wood
A new product from The Mayan Oil. A 100% natural regenerative and revitalizing balm made from tropical oils, waxes, and natural essences. Application is very simple – no gloves or skin protection required. The balm contains natural vitamin E, which has a positive effect on human skin, and emits a pleasant vanilla scent.
Apply a thin layer to the treated surface using a sponge or applicator pad in circular motions. Let it cure for 10–15 minutes, then carefully buff the surface with a BUFF OFF microfiber cloth.

Pad for applying oil, wax, or balm on surfaces sanded to P500 – max P800.

BUFF OFF Cloth
100% microfiber cloth (30 × 30 cm).
Suitable for removing excess oil during the final stage of application – “BUFF OFF” – wiping to a dry finish.
Tip: Buff until no fingerprints remain when you touch the surface. And when you think you’re done – buff once more. Perfect buffing is one of the key principles of proper application.
